Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Government guidelines on data storage – the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – I require a client's consent to hold any information about them.  By completing this contact form, you are consenting to your contact details being stored and processed, so that I will be able to communicate with you and provide an ethical service.   

Should you wish to arrange an initial meeting, I will talk you through the 'Working Agreement' form in the initial meeting. This form will outline further information about GDPR and confidentiality. You will be given this form to take home with you to read and keep, and there will be opportunities to ask any questions you may have. 

All the information I collect and store is anonymised and/or password protected. All personal information and therapy records are kept for up to six years following the date of the last therapy session, at which point they are securely deleted.
