Psychologist Bristol - My Background & Experience

I have been working in psychological services since 2005. In this time, I have worked with a wide range of individuals, providing individual and group-based therapy. Since qualifying as Clinical Psychologist in Bristol from the University of Exeter, I have continued to work within the NHS alongside my private practice in Keynsham.

I now work as a Clinical Psychologist in Bristol, providing individual and tailored therapy.  I am experienced in working with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, and low self-esteem. Much of my experience has involved working with people who have had difficulties in relation to early trauma and/or emotional neglect.

During my career, I have developed my interest in Attachment-Based Therapy and Mindfulness approaches. I also have an interest in working through the existential themes that can emerge in therapy, such as fears about about mortality, responsibility, isolation, or meaninglessness.
